Organic Maca Extract

Maca (LepidiummeyeniiWalp.) is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant in the Brassicaceae family, native to the Andes mountain range of Peru at an altitude of 3500-4500m. It has a long history as a medicinal and edible plant and is also known as Peruvian ginseng in South America. There are currently three types of commercial maca in circulation in the market. Among the different color maca, black maca is more expensive, followed by purple maca, while yellow maca is the cheapest and has the largest circulation.
